Minnesota wins hockey game 5 to 4!

Taylor's team, Minnesota, played the Bruins today and Spud faced his best friend Noah on the ice. Sweet Pea cheered her brother on with a bag of popcorn in her hand!

Another snow day!

We woke up to another blanket of snow this morning and I was actually excited! I've spent years hibernating from December to March and one of my New Year's resolutions was to embrace life - and whether I like it or not, snow is a fact of my life.

The first few snow falls I battled the voice in my head screaming "it's so cold, windy and wet - what are you thinking!" But once submerged in the white, cold, wet, I realized I was having fun - we all were!! So now we are sledding, skating, rolling and building in the snow. In two short weeks Sweet Pea has learned to balance, fall and move forward on her skates and today we played our first family hockey game - woo hoo!
